Commissioned to help sparqs shape a new quality framework for Scotland’s colleges and universities, I drafted bold early vision statements and built an eight-month plan with real space for consultation and design.
Results: A strategy and framework praised by sector leaders as “bold and visionary, exactly what the sector needs at this time” and a team that, in the client’s words, “got their mojo back.”
