Leading cross-cultural cohesive teams at Bridge 47
I joined this 15-partner coalition as Head of Advocacy for a €6.3M European Commission project on global citizenship education. I guided the team to co-create a theory of change and a multi-level advocacy strategy linking national action to European and global agendas.
Results: The Envision 4.7 Roadmap and a dispersed group turned into a confident, cross-cultural community of practice.
